Seeing the mama polar bear with the two babies with my naked eyes, for several long minutes, as they slowly walked the length of the islet and went into the water

Tell us about the expedition team
They were very knowledgable. Yuki was a caring Zodiac driver who made sure we were all comfortable and gave each side of the zodiac equal chance to view the wildlife. Ross was an excellent and entertaining storyteller. Megan was bubble and cheerful, my wife enjoyed going around with her in charge
Tell us about the Ocean Explorer
The ship is new and much better than the one I used for Antarctica. Rooms were spacious and the whole ship is better laid out.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to The Arctic?
Bring your own binoculars. Study before the trip so that you enjoy it more
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The only downside is the 500m rule for watching polar bears. It is too far. Not all of us have the necessary equipment to zoom in that far and so we ended up seeing tiny little dots sometimes. Trying to see the fox from that distance is impossible. I know this is beyond Swoop's control but maybe you can influence it somehow as it is not enjoyable to spend so long looking for bears and then barely seeing them (with the exception of the last sighting)
