Moffen Island
A smaller island to the north of Spitsbergen and just breaching 80 degrees north, Moffen Island has become a popular destination for Arctic voyages. Landing, or indeed getting too close to the inner waters is illegal, however, as it is feared that the surrounding wildlife would be disturbed.
