Tell us about Zodiac excursions
The zodiac excursions were very well planned and I felt quite safe.
Tell us about the expedition team
The two geologists on board were inspiring and obviously loved their subject. They were very friendly and explained things well.
Tell us about the Ocean Endeavour
I felt the ship could have done with an update. I had a nice cabin on Deck 7 with a window (although obstructed view). The food was excellent and the staff delightful.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to The Arctic?
Ensure you have a good cabin on the ship. Essential to take binoculars. Take a warm jacket as the Adventure Canada one is very thin.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I am certainly more aware of global warming and Inuit life.
Would you consider another trip to the Arctic with Swoop?
