How was the service that Swoop provided?
Yes I was pleased that I had booked through John again,after my fantastic trip with you to Antarctica. He got me on the first trip out of the season to the Arctic, the crushing of the ice (lots of second and third year ice) was truly amazing . You nursed me through the Russian visa forms,and were always helpful when I had a blonde moment!

How were your experiences on the guided excursions?
The expedition staff were all well versed in all aspects of providing the information and never stopped smiling. The helicopter rides were the highlight,plus close encounters with poplar bears
How would you describe {vessel.title} if talking to somebody potentially interested in going to the Arctic, and what tips would you pass on?
Food and service in the excellent.Only a small point, the tiled floor in the toilet was in very bad state,loose tiles and needed re grouting
If Swoop arranged some of your travel before/after your voyage/group trip. How did we do?
Logistics worked well, the hotels were of a good standard
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to the Arctic?
I feel that this particular trip is not suitable for children under 12 years old
