  • WiFi connection: The ship has a Starlink WiFi connection. Internet access is included as part of your cruise fare. Please note that connectivity speed and access in the Arctic is variable and not well suited to high data usage.
  • Electrical supply: The electrical supply aboard the ship is 220V, 50Hz. Electrical outlets are standard European two-pin plugs. Suites have 110V shavers. You may need a 220V/110V converter.
  • Ship app: The ship’s daily program is provided using their own app (accessed via an intranet connection). Guests will need to download this before embarkation as it will include vital information about their group’s daily disembarkation times for off-ship excursions, as well as schedules for onboard activities.
